Water immersion retort Work process

①The cold water tank is full of water. (open the manual valve of the cold water tank, open the emptying plug of the cooling pump, and exhaust the air in the pump to prevent the cooling pump from evacuating during operation, so that the water level cannot be pumped into the tank in time during cooling.)

②Three phase four wire power supply

③When the pressure of the air storage tank reaches about 0.8MPa, adjust the pressure of the control solenoid valve to 0.5MPa --- 0.6MPa

④The steam pressure is maintained at 0.4-0.5mpa.

⑤Preheating: fill up the tank with water and enter the steam to rise to the required temperature.

⑥Launching: pump the water from the upper tank to the lower tank

⑦Sterilization: the circulating pump continuously circulates the sterilization water in the closed-circuit system. The water overflows the bactericide. As the steam enters the steam mixer, the temperature of the circulating water continues to rise and is finally controlled at the required temperature. The pressure in the tank is adjusted within the desired range through the pressurization valve and exhaust valve

⑧Recycling: draw the sterilization water back to the upper tank.

⑨Cooling: the pot begins to enter cold water, and the temperature of the bactericide is continuously reduced until it is set.

⑩Drainage: the cooling water is discharged through the drainage valve, and the pressure in the pot is discharged through the exhaust valve.
